Top Track: Skat ‘Nightlife’ (Kenny Hawkes, David Parr Remix)

One of the best house tracks I’ve heard in the last few months has landed, courtesy of Kenny Hawkes and David Parr.
Their remix of Skat ‘Nightlife’ is pure house heaven, thanks to sexy soulful vocal mutterings and quality production.
Musically inspiring, innovative and clever, ‘Nightlife’ is set to become one of the biggest hits of the year - it’s quite probable the track will become one of the biggest hits of Miami’s forthcoming Winter Music Conference in March.
The synths and vocals make the track sound like an old skool Chicago house classic, but the groovy beats and sporadic arrangement give the track a tech house edge.
House, techno and minimal DJs will be dropping this in their sets in the months to come, no doubt about it.
