Tech-trancer Sander van Doorn and Australian folk singer Sia seem like an unlikely musical pairing, but the innovative DJ and producer has signed and mixed ‘The Girl You Lost To Cocaine’ to make one of the best remixes of the year so far.

The single features as a bonus track on Sander’s hugely successful debut artist album ‘Supernaturalistic’.

It’s deep tech-trance with teasing build-ups that eventually lead to the most immense drop.

He chops up large chunks of Sia’s powerful vocals and sets them against his signature sound, which is all about massive riffs and breaks.

And with support from Axwell, Armin van Buuren, Tiësto and Carl Cox, it seems the happiest man in dance music now has even more to smile about.
