Top Track: Phunklarique, Dejonka ‘Reflections In Plexiglass’

The brilliant ‘Reflections In Plexiglass’ by Phunklarique and Dejonka was released in March but it’s still sitting pretty at No.6 in the Beatport Minimal Top 10, which makes it very special indeed.

The speed with which music moves these days, especially in the digital world, means tracks these days have a very short shelf life, but ‘Reflections In Plexiglass’ is one of those rare dance music gems that you’ll never get bored of.

It could be because it has a wonderful groove, clever arrangement and some excellent build ups.

Or it could be because ‘Reflections In Plexiglass’ comes from two relatively unknown producers, which keeps it well within the realms of the underground.
