Top Release: ‘A Divine Proclamation to Space and Time’

‘A Divine Proclamation to Space and Time’ is a lush atmospheric techno EP by the very talented 22-year old Rico Püstel, also known as Dinamoe, who hails from the rural town of Lower-Saxony, Germany.

During his teen years, as young as age 12, he was already playing his first DJ gigs.

His main intention with his music was, and continues to be, to preserve and re-enact his personal visions, experiences, memories of places, and emotions through organic tones and harmonies, electronic signals and noises.

By far, ‘Mercury’, the first of seven tracks on this EP, is warm and most lovely to listen to, with melodic and atmospheric sounds.

‘Orcus’ is choppy and jumpy, possibly good for a dancefloor, but somewhat unsettling for home listening.

‘Chatpoint’ is deep, heady, and steady.

The quirky sounding ‘Pampumpu’ is filled with jazzy offbeat sounds that are syncopated in a way that beg one to listen to where the song is going.

This song is a bit leftfield, but the saxophone and keys add a wonderful touch that fills out the track.

‘Ainz’ is also a gem, with undulating rhythms and intricate loops. It’s a great track people could shuffle to.

With a nice bass drop toward the end, it has all the elements to be valuable in a record bag.

‘3.38’ is a great stabbing and distorted party tune.

‘When It Falls It Burns’ has a lot of body with enough movement to be incorporated into a chilled out DJ set.

This impressive EP is out on Pheek’s label ‘Archipel’, out of Montreal.
