Toolroom Records signs Dubfire’s ‘Roadkill’

Mark Knight’s Toolroom Records has grabbed one of the hottest tracks of the year for its UK release. Ask any attendee from Miami WMC 2007 to name a single track that caused total dancefloor meltdown, the chances are they’ll say Dubfire’s ‘Roadkill’. 

It’s simple, relentless and mind-bendingly good, and the cut has been tearing up clubs worldwide - eight searing minutes of breathlessly brilliant techno that worms its way into your brain and gets you shaking your bones like it’s the last dance of your life.

Toolroom’s head honcho Mark Knight was gagging to sign ‘Roadkill’ for the UK as soon as he heard it: “It was by far and away the best record at this year’s conference, it absolutely blew me away.”

The track was immediately a massive favourite amongst the staff at Toolroom.

On choosing a home for ‘Roadkill’, Ali Dubfire said “I know Toolroom is the best label for this in the UK.”
