Beatport has teamed up with M.O.D.A. - Music Fashion to find one talented producer to remix Italian superstar Bass-guitar player Tony Corizia.

Download the acappella for his latest single ‘Save a Prayer’ (acoustic cover of the famous Duran Duran hit), remix it and the winning remixes will be featured on the digital release of the remix package, first on Beatport and later on more digital download sites worldwide!

“I am a bass-guitar player, but I always loved what DJ’s could do on my works” - explains Tony Corizia - “I am very keen on hearing what the creative producers around can do on the proposed work. And I promise I will award the most intriguing and creative ones”.

The winners will get a digital release on Beatport.com, and later on many other digital download shops worldwide. The winners will also receive a M.O.D.A. - Music Fashion digital discography worth 200 bucks!

Tony Corizia is one of the Top italian bass guitar players. In his works we can name the soundtrack for the consolle video game “Batman - Dark Tomorrow”, and his latest album “Basswoodoo” with incredible features such as Ian Paice (Deep Purple former Drum player). From this album “Save a prayer” is the second extracted single.

Tony Corizia Remix Contest – Rules:

1. Get the acappella of ‘Save a Prayer’ by requesting it via email to info@modamusic.it. You can preview the acappella directly on Beatport here.

2. Remix the track as you wish. Remember most creative remixes will be awarded.

3. Submit your remix via yousendit to demo@modamusic.it.

4. The deadline for delivering a remix is the 7th January 2008.

5. The winning remixes will be released on Beatport and later on other digital download shops. The winners will also receive a M.O.D.A. - Music Fashion digital discography worth 200 bucks.
