The Chemical Brothers beat Justice at Grammys
The Chemical Brothers beat Justice at Grammys
11 February, 2008 | 11.05AMDespite Justice
being up for two awards at the 50th Grammys, they went home empty handed.
Britain’s the Chemical Brothers
beat the French duo in the category for Best Electronic/Dance Album with their album ‘We Are The Night’.
Whilst annoying pop/urban dancer Justin Timberlake won Best Dance Recording with his hideous track ‘Love Stoned/Think She Knows’.
Excuse me, but how can anyone with a basic understanding of dance music claim that Timberlake’s ‘Love Stoned/Think She Knows’ is better than Justice’s ‘D.A.N.C.E.’?
Other dance news from the Grammys: Benny Benassi
won Best Remixed Recording with his reinterpretation of Public Enemy’s ‘Bring The Noise’.
And Brit super producer Mark Ronson
was named Producer of the Year.
