The Adjuster (Johan Rundqvist) is from Gotland, a small island in the Baltic.

His first big release was an EP on Stoneyboy that people are still caning. The Adjuster caused serious waves last year with his seminal track, ‘Sweden’ released on Dumb Recordings.

Cheyne Stokin!

A synth driven piece of melodica electronica with more than a smidgen of House to boot.  As usual THE ADJUSTER keeps things stylish and more than a little retro, so be prepared for a blast from the past, when padded shoulders, Rubix cubes and Star Wars ruled the world!

On the flip you’ll find the sausiest, raunchiest little vocal hook in a long time. THE ADJUSTER twists the time travel knob back another decade to when disco, Giorgio Moroder and polyester were hipper than hip. I Want It has the proper 70’ies Disco feel, and yet maintains a beefy bass, kicking, chunky drums and sly Electro chords to take it all to the next level.
