Set to go off this weekend outside of L.A., this southern California music festival is based on Lewis Carroll’s classic Alice in Wonderland and brings together some of the biggest names in electronic music. 

With fourteen years under its belt, Nocturnal Festival knows how pull off a proper party. 

In addition to six stages of high-level musical talent, each with their own theme and décor, the festival will be a veritable wonderland for the senses.

Carnival rides, theatrical circus-type performances, a mobile soundsystem cruising around in the back of an ice cream truck, blacklight walls to paint, a sculpture garden, and tribal drum circles are all on the event menu.

And naturally Beatport will be there, hosting the “Upside Down Room” stage, where Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Claude Vonstroke and Joaquin Bamaca will be reeking chaos on the dancefloor.

If that’s not enough, the official Nocturnal Festival afterparty will be at the nearby Hudson Theatre, with two rooms and surprise guest DJ to close the night off right.

The after party runs from 3 AM to 8 AM, and festival attendees can purchase tickets for a mere $10 with their ticket stub.
