Tarantic presents Gabriel Black ‘Resolutions - The Remixes’
27 September, 2007 | 12.28AM- Section: Music News
Tarantic Records is proud to announce this five-track release of deep and techy house.
Following up on the success of the ‘Deep Sessions, Vol. 3’ release, Tarantic Records is proud to announce the release of some killer remixes of Gabriel Black’s ‘Resolutions’.
This lush downtempo excursion has been given dancefloor makeovers by B-Side Dub a.k.a Ivan-I & Jason Howell (Tarantic, Jah Love, Care), Max Julien (DeepSound Promotions) and Amit Shoham (Tarantic, PR2, Care, Jah Love).
Gabriel Black has been making some noise lately with his releases on Eight Tracks, Care, Tangible, and of course Tarantic Records.
His positive vibe and soulful sounds are moving dancefloors the world over.
On this release, Ivan and Jason’s rework has a warm west-coast feel that is sure to please any fan of their signature dubby house sound.
Max Julien picks up the pace with a more progressive mix that adds some killer percussion and driving synth riffs and bass.
Amit Shoham takes it deep and soulful with just a touch of east-coast flavor.
We’ve also included a previously unreleased original track from the man himself — Gabriel Black’s ‘Take Me Higher’ is tech-house at its finest!
