‘Suckerpin’ is a deadly super-force and combines French house and German techno to produce a powerful dancefloor hit.

Having joined the ‘balls out’ techno of the original with that characteristic sound only Ed Banger can muster, this is a real cross-the-genres track that gleefully resides in its own domain.

Feadz’ remix of ‘Suckerpin’ erupts with the abrasive grinding techno of the original, but is subsequently dissected and interspersed with soulful vocals and penetrating French beats, re-directing the track into the realm of disco-techno, (perhaps in a few years time people will refer to this as discno?).

The 4/4 beats are melded and intertwined with the aggressive techno sounds, whilst the flare of disco struggles to find its way to the forefront in a musical fight that will, no doubt, lead to many a dancefloor tear up.

Ultimately this ‘tour de force’ is a class example of style amalgamation that could have easily have fallen into that generic indie dance bracket of noisy ‘trash’ style music, yet Feadz has put a unique twist on this and thrown in some soul for good measure.
