Randy Katana’s monster of a mix.
Randy Katana is known for his mix of tribal beats and bit of trance. This style brings an off-the-wall sound that really brings the energy.
Spirit of the Drums is the first mix album to feature some of Katana’s original work and remixes.
This continuous mix brings some of the best tech-trance tracks I’ve heard lately. From beginning to end - nothing but tribal beats with those electro melodies that show off Katana’s mixing and production skills.
The only downfall is that he didn’t include some of the bangers that he released in the past. I was surprised that Sex, Pleasure Island and One Solid Wave was not in the mix. Sure these tracks have been played a lot and have been heard countless times, but they have a certain energy that will never die and always have a place in my heart. However, his remix of the classic Blow the Speakers is worth the album price itself!! Mr. Katana please release this soon!!!!!! ;)
