have been quiet on the production front for a while, but with ‘Azure’ they return to the fray in massive style.
Riding the current wave of tranced-out, highly melodic techno, the track spirals passionately towards an ever-more grandiose peak, but unlike many similar tracks out at the moment, does so with enough sophistication and restraint to avoid veering into overbearing cheesiness.
It’s a fine and fitting return for the ever reliable pillars of British techno.
