Up and coming dubstep producer Mindelixir just dropped a new EP featuring remixes of Beautiful Small Machines and Bree Sharp.  The tune “Simple Joys” undertook a huge reworking by Mindelixir which featured vocals from Bree Sharp of Beautiful Small Machines, and Simon LeBon of Duran Duran.

As some of you may have heard, Simon recently lent backing vocals to the Beautiful Small Machines track, “Simple Joys.” BSM is led by Simon’s friend Bree Sharp.  The Mindelixir remix is further spreading the dubstep vibe into other areas that dubstep fans never thought possible.  Just goes to show that this sound is more than just dark fuzzy noises and echoing bleeps… Mindelixir’s “The Higher EP” dropped on Abstract Logic Recordings November 9th, 2009.  This release is available exclusively from beatport.com and is definitely making a mark on the dubstep scene.
