SHato & Paul Rockseek return with “Wonderfooled,” their new single for Tool Trance. Backed with a remix from Duderstadt, it’s already making a huge impression: Above & Beyond named it Record of the Week in their radio show Trance Around the World; Armin Van Buuren played it on his A State of Trance broadcast; and it’s getting support from Markus Schulz, Ferry Corsten, and many more.

It’s all about the reversed vocal here, lush and angelic; with their trademark distorted-yet-fluffy synths, SHato & Paul Rockseek have created one of the catchiest, most uplifting tracks we’ve heard this year.

For a release like this, you can only ask one of the most mature and prolific production outfits for the remix duties. So none other than Duderstadt brought their magic touch to the original, giving the track a different direction with new melodic lines, chords, and a more proggy edge that works equally well with those heavenly vocals.
