Setting Changes for Internet Explorer 7.0

Did you recently upgrade to Internet Explorer 7.0? If so you may need to implement the following changes in order to download your tracks on Beatport. Here’s how: 

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Select “Internet options” in the “Tools” pull down
3. Click on the security tab

4. Make sure “Trusted Sites” is selected in the “Content Zone” section
5. Click on “Sites...”

6. Uncheck “Require Server Verification”
7. Add *.beatport.com
8. Click “Ok”
9. Click “Custom Level”

10. Scroll down to the options for “Download”
11. Enable “Automatic Prompting for file downloads”
12. Click “Ok”
13. Click “Apply” (You may have to restart your browser to confirm the change.)

To start downloads:
1. Click on “Download” button within your library

2. A Security Information Dialog Box will Open, Click “Yes”

3. Click “Save” on the Download File Box that Opens
