Remakes abound: ‘The Nighttrain’

Remakes abound: ‘The Nighttrain’

More remakes that go the extra mile.

This time out, it’s back to 1996 for the James Brown vocal parody ‘The Nighttrain’ by Kadoc.

Originally produced by Spaniards Juan Carlos Molina and Jose David Penin Montilla (aka Chus & Penn), the high-octane floor shakin’ original giving Positiva a top 20 hit in the process.

Now Joia Records [l] are behind the energised retooling from DONS & DBN that comes with equally a palatable and chunky mixes from John Dahlback, Jerry Ropero and Nick Terranova & Austin Leeds and is fast winning admirers thanks to repeat plays by Pete Tong et al.
