From the premier league of Italian Dance Music this duo have been impressing us for years with their top class productions, from their incredible mainstream work with George Michael ‘Flawless’ and The Ones to their skilfully crafted club grooves and dubs.

Phunk Investigation known for producing and remixing artists such as way out west, sophie ellis bextor, light house family, rhythm masters, simple minds, boy george, and many others.

Their ultimate hits are “Get Up Stand Up’’ by stellar project Essential Miami Tune - UK top 14 and France top 16 and # 1 on billboard top 100 dance singles airplay and “ I Like Girls” by Hound Dogs uk top 26 charted five weeks

They finally make a welcome debut on D-Unity’s label Beat Therapy Records with their 2 track EP “Androgeno”.  For your reading please Beat Therapy also did a short interview with the guys…

1. When did you start producing?
We did start on 2001 with the club hit ‘’Flawless’’ and then the mainstream work with George Michael on ‘Flawless go to the city’ …..massive hit everywhere. Than producing and remixing artists such as way out west, sophie ellis bextor, light house family, rhythm masters, simple minds, boy george, mark king (level 42), simply red, Danny Tenaglia,Annie Lennox, Faithless, Alex Gopher,Rui Da Silva,Roger Sanchez, Scumfrog and many others. Their ultimate hits are “Get Up Stand Up’’ by stellar project Essential Miami Tune - UK top 14 and France top 16 and # 1 on billboard top 100 dance singles airplay and “ I Like Girls” by Hound Dogs uk top 26 charted five weeks

2. How did you think of the name Phunk Investigation?
We fell in love of this name and chose it for the long investigation that we did in the years on the funky, punk, and electronic and the total enthusiasm for making music.

3. What is your Favorite Club to play at? 
We love many clubs around the world but our fav’s the Space of Ibiza…….Best & Fashionist club in the world!.

4. What are some of your favorite producers at this time?

6. What do you still want to accomplish or achieve in the future
(Where do you want to be in 5 years?)
On the same chairs with some more hit, more gigs and great artistic collaborations……..at moment we’re in the studio with Jim Kerr’s singer of Simple Minds

7. Tell us a little about how you came up for the idea of “Androgeno EP” that will be released Dec. 21 on D-Unity’s label Beat Therapy Records.
From our vision of the World that’s becoming Androgino always more and everything is loosing the definition of his essence.
