Paul Kalkbrenner rocks Locarno Film Festival

In four weeks ‘Berlin Calling’ will open in cinemas across Germany.

In this movie Bpitch Control’s Paul Kalkbrenner plays the leading role - his first steps as an actor.

Until then, there is quite a bit of promotion to do like going to film festivals like the Locarno festival, for instance.

This video shows Paul playing one of his tracks from the soundtrack of ‘Berlin Calling’ on the piazza grande in Locarno to an enthusiastic crowd after premiering the movie.

It was reported that even the mayor of Locarno was dancing his ass off.

After coming back to Berlin Paul said that it was “one of the most intense and special days in his life”.

Next week the ‘Berlin Calling’ crew will be in Toronto, premiering the movie during the Toronto film festival.

And then on October 2nd the movie will have its official start in Germany.  The soundtrack to the movie, which was produced by Paul Kalkbrenner, will be released on Bpitch Control at the same time.
