New Sten album finally ready to be re-released

Four years after his album debut ’Leaving The Frantic’ under his Sten guise, Peter M. Kersten is back with a follow-up. Originally planned to be released in April, the new album, ’The Essence’, is now set to hit the shops in September [check out his music after the jump].

The first single off the new album is called ’Way To The Stars’ and will be released next week.

And all can I say is that it’s pure bliss put into floating pads, reverberating chords and warm throbbing basslines.

It’s no secret how much the Dial label co-founder loves the classic emanations of the Motor City, and with ’The Essence’ he proves once again, how good he is at adding his own melancholic twist to Detroit’s legacy.

And for all the Dial fans out there: Efdemin is working on his new album as well.

It’s gonna be a good autumn/winter.
