Celebrity is the new obsession in today’s society. Everybody wants to be recognized.  Everybody wants their 15 minutes of fame. Whether this obsession comes from the
magazines, reality shows, music videos or just comes from a general need to give people a purpose, nobody can say for sure, but this phenomenon is fascinating.
Through the track, I wanted to explore the dark side of fame. The ‘’Roller Coaster ride’’ that it is. Beeing famous seems to be amazing, but I believe that nobody is truly ready for it.
Writing the song, I imagined what it would be like to suddently be on the top of the world.
To be immortalized by fame, and I wondered what consequences comes out of it.  The result is a dance track, that asks this very intriguing question in the verses:
‘’Are you ready for this thing ?
This thing that they like to call fame ?
Because fame is a tricky game,
you better get a grip before you fall …’’.
