So keen are Native Instruments to make a DJ’s transition to a digital platform as easy as possible, they’ve created an idiot-proof buyer’s guide to digital DJing equipment.

The guide lays out in very simple terms what you need for a digital DJ set up, from minimum computer specifications, to controllers and standard set-ups.

NI have also given special attention to the different types of hardware controllers on the market, and how they are best combined to form a DJ system.

The guide ties in with Native Instrument’s recently announced ‘Traktor Ready’ compatibility label, a stamp of approval from NI given to any MIDI controller or digital mixer that is fully compatible with its Traktor DJ software series.
