Moby signs to Mute North America

has finally been signed to Mute North America 14 years after originally joining the label in the UK. His upcoming studio album will be exclusively released through the label throughout the world.
“I’ve been on Mute everywhere in the world except for North America for the last 14 years, now I’m finally on Mute for North America,” said Moby.
“I’m happy, because Mute has been my favorite label for most of the last 25 years, and it’s nice to finally be on Mute in the country where I actually live.”
Since Moby joined Mute UK in 1993, he has sold more than 20 million albums worldwide and has risen to become one of dance music’s biggest producers, famed for his astute awareness of social and political issues and his ability to remain musically fresh.
Moby recently has been bitten by the DJ bug again, and will play three DJ dates back-to-back in Italy in July.
He also played a DJ set in New York on June 15th, the city where he first started his DJ career.
