Greek tech-house starlet Mihalis Safras is set to release his debut artist album on Trapez later this year, called ‘Between Two Worlds’.

Mihalis’s music career as dj bloomed early on 2000 and soon he made his mark on the producing community with his sharp techno and housey dancefloor anthems after releasing his “Interafrica” record as an ode to ethnic greek artist Saleas, and with that release had made many fans around the globe alongside with many charting by all key players. With releases on monster labels this year ‘’Mihalis Safras’’ is showing us once more why he is rated as the most up and coming producer in dance scene worldwide.

Mihalis’s first attempt at a full album (double LP + Cd), merges his more stripped down dance floor tracks with the deeper, more hypnotic side of his productions. Apart from the previously released “” (which has been reworked for the record), all of the material featured has been produced especially for the album, with Trapez promising a coherent and immersive listening experience once the record drops in May of 2009. The result is a both cinematic and futuristic aspect of how Mihalis sees music. Get ready!
