In a recent interview with Above & Beyond, Beatportal asked them what their favourite track is at the moment.

Their answer was Bart Claessen & Dave Schiemann’s new tech-trance record ‘Madness’.

A captivating track with its haunting eastern vocals, it’s not hard to hear why they’re supporting it.

Armin van Buuren has also been dropping ‘Madness’ on his radio show, but although all the big trance jocks are hammering the ‘I Prefer This Mix’ version, Super8 & Tab’s remix is far more pleasing on the ear to the more devoted trance fan.

Last month Bart Claessen and Polish producer Dave Schiemann [pictured] remixed Super8 & Tab’s ‘Elektra’. Now Super8 & Tab have returned the favour by remixing Bart and Dave’s ‘Madness’, where they make the most of the melody and provide a classic breakdown.

Each version has its uplifting moments, however Super8 & Tab make more of this, while the other mixes up-play the tribal beats and tense tech riffs, with the ‘I Prefer That Mix’ ignoring the melody completely.
