Many of the world’s most credible acts these days have performed live with MIDI keyboards, like Faithless, Trentemoller and MJ Cole.

In the knowledge that hundreds of potential attendees lurked in nearby rooms, our hotel put on an ambitious live performance in their sprawling lobby.

But did it live up to Cocoon at Amnesia?

No.

If it ain’t dance music, no one’s coming!
