Liquid Stranger - Liquid Tour 09

Liquid Stranger - Liquid Tour 09

After successful summer tour in 08, Interchill Records [l] is happy to announce the return of Liquid Stranger [a] to Canada With live sets at festivals like Diversity, Soundwave, Lasqueti Escape and events in Victoria, Martin Staaf aka Liquid Stranger brought his own unique blend of crunchy breaks and tribal beats to the BC scene for the first time.

Laying the groundwork for his new album due out this coming fall, Liquid Stranger [a] builds on the foundation of his previous release ‘The Invisible Conquest’ (Interchill 2007) with a focus on more energetic dancefloor material.  Drawing on elements of dubstep, breaks, ragga, tribal and glitch the Stranger’s sound is sure to be an otherworldly excursion into bass-driven live electronica.

For the 09 tour Interchill and Liquid Stranger [a] link up with the network of underground communities for shows in Calgary, Nelson, Vancouver, Victoria and Salt Spring Island.  Working in cooperation with Area 709 (Calgary), Mountain Thunder Presents (Nelson), Telepaphone Productions (Vancouver), Tribe Productions (Victoria), Interchill graciously acknowledges the support and enthusiasm of the promoters and production companies who have made this tour possible.
