Award-winning music school Point Blank has launched a new online music course aimed at producers of Trance. The course is the latest in their Pro Producer series and will be enrolling monthly from April 6th. The four week course is tutored by a professional music producer and reveals the production techniques behind global dancefloor anthems from the likes of Armin van Buuren, Tiesto and Paul van Dyk.

Award-winning music school Point Blank has launched a new online music course aimed at producers of Trance. The course is the latest in their Pro Producer series and will be enrolling monthly from April 6th. The four week course is tutored by a professional music producer and reveals the production techniques behind global dancefloor anthems from the likes of Armin van Buuren, Tiesto and Paul van Dyk.

Aimed at users of Logic 8, the course is priced at £250 ($358 US) and includes a wealth of course materials including detailed notes, tutorial videos, samples, song files and other resources. Course materials are accessible online for one year from enrolment.

In addition, students can upload their own tracks and get personal feedback, tips and advice from a pro producer. Course tutors also host a weekly webchat where the class can discuss course topics and exchange ideas with like-minded music producers from all over the world. This unique interaction has proved especially popular with students.
