O Superman… Oh, brother! More than 25 years after it originally became a surprise number two UK hit, Nonesuch Records are re-releasing the Laurie Anderson hit ‘O Superman’ to celebrate her 60th birthday (and to cash in me thinks).

Remastered it will also come with the original B-side, ‘Walk The Dog’, and as a teaser from the forthcoming 25th anniversary edition of Anderson’s 1982 debut album, ‘Big Science’.

Meanwhile a brand new studio album, ‘Homeland’, is scheduled for release in 2008.
