Take one part old school rave, add two parts fidget house, sprinkle it with a bit of hip house, and you’ve made the perfect club tune reckons Kelevra, the man behind the tasteful ‘Jak Muzik’.

The original mix’s basslines are classic Jesse Rose-style fidget house, but UK-based Kelevra has added an old school rave piano and Whiskey Pete on the mic to give it a bigger room appeal.

Micky Slim’s remix takes a more aggressive route with his trademark naughty basslines, while Jaimie Fanatic adds some breakbeat and emphasizes the piano to create a truly robust collection of styles in one five minute period.

Further remixes from Aniki, Klaus Hill, and Bastilisc provide heavier, squelchier, and wonkier versions, respectively.

Overall it’s a fantastic club-ready package; Kelevra more than accomplishes his self proclaimed goal to make “shake ya ass music”.
