Jay Lumen reworks ‘Missing’

Over the years there’s been a fair few cover versions and bootlegs of Everything But The Girl’s epochal recording ‘Missing’.

Now Baroque are set to release a version by Jay Lumen that many originally thought was a straight-up bootleg.

Well, what may have started life that way is now a bona fide re-recording with Antonia Lucas (who’s previously worked with the likes of Full Intention, Ferry Corsten, John Creamer, Steve Lawler and David Guetta) to deliver her best Tracey Thorn impression.

On mix duties are Cressida (with a trance / progressive version), Shifter & Carvell (taking it down a minimal electro route) and Retrobyte (supply the house mix).
