Jarvis hits soul with ‘Justified’

Always a pleasure — never a chore — to review a single that features the angelic tones of Arnold Jarvis.
On ‘Justified’, his latest release from the consistently strong Deep Haven stable, our boy is in soulful form, belting with a level of authority that only comes with time and experience (he’s been around since the days of the Paradise Garage) on this invigorating house shuffler.
Uplifting in a laid-back kinda way (if you catch my drift), and although lyrically not as instant as the aforementioned spiritually-charged number, the song is simple, yet immediately memorable.
The performance, production and instrumentation is smooth and assured.
