Irelands new talent S-Groove on Forensic Records
18 April, 2008 | 5.37AMIreland’s Sean Grieve steps into the limelight with ‘Feel Your Soul’, complete with remixes from none other than studio collaboration partner and Forensic Records
artist Scope
.
Having released records from established producers and almost house veterans such as Onionz, Lexicon Avenue and Dj Pierre over the years; Forensic Records turns its attention to new emerging talent, in the form of Ireland’s Sean Grieve aka S Groove. Drawing influence from producers such as Larry Heard, Frankie Knuckles and Derrick May, S Groove’s output is clearly deep and very smooth: proved to great success with his remix of Scope’s Dark Style Deluxe which wouldn’t budge from the Beatport Deep House Top 10 for months.. .
“Feel Your Soul” defines deep house, melodic silky keys and soul-soaked drums with a disco twist. The whole track is covered with warm synths… taken to the next dancefloor level by neighbour and collab partner Scope (UrbanTorque / Elevation), who cranks up the atmosphere-o-meter, keeping with the original, providing an almost angelic remix of the highest quality with rich intense pads and piercing leads.
