Heineken have given Beatportal a video documentary of the highlights from the final of their Thirst Studio global competition, which happened on May 24th 2007 at Tao Night Club in Las Vegas.

The contest aims to find hot new artists from around the world and give them a platform from which to build their careers.

Romanian trio Monochrome were the eventual winners - their tribal house track ‘Rise Up’ topped regional winners from eight other countries, including Croatia, Denmark, Dubai, Hungary, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam to take home the Thirst Studio winner’s title. 

The boys got to work with American superstar DJs Gabriel & Dresden in the studio.
