Miami Underground Movement

Winter Music Conference (WMC) is always an exciting time for all Miami-ans but it’s even more special this year for music lovers all over the globe.  As digital distribution not only continues to spread out but becomes a mainstream of where music is aquired, it gives way to discovering new talented artists that otherwise wouldn’t have access to distributing their sound.  Miami Underground Movement is all about pushing these undiscovered talents and this week is no exception.  Frankfort based Producer/DJ Guy Pary(KG House Miami Recordings) takes you on a non-stop journey through his German influenced sound with tracks featuring his own sound and that of others like Steve Lawler, Audiofly, Dandi e Ugo, and more (full tracklist provided).

Guy Pary is originally from Israel where he started his journey into sound by playing in bands.  He decided to study in the Rimon School of Jazz and Modern Music.  During his studies he started to write electronic music in different styles like break beat, electro, electronica, big beat, and techno.  He then took several DJ courses and started spinning at clubs in Tel Aviv like; Homan 17, Breakfast, Under, and TLV.  He is now stationed in Frankfort, Germany where he plays his own tracks in his DJ sets that take listeners on a journey of sounds, beats, and melodies.  Most recently, he is releasing his debut track “Affair” on KG House Miami Recordings on March 22, 2008.
