In a scene associated with illegal substances, ‘Guess What’ doesn’t help out with its herbal references.

But who cares about that, when you’ve got quality beats like this?

Electrixx aka Erik Venhues and Martin Liedtke are two Berlin-based producers who met in 2003 and in one night, decided to begin producing together. As both had previous experience as sound designers and proper musical training, the duo quickly became known for their top-notch remixing abilities.

Their remix of Felguk’s original (also excellent) features low-end electro grit that is occasionally interrupted by a 1970’s sounding scientist who has some interesting observations. The heavy beat is full bodied and richly flavored, like a good Merlot.

With this release then, Miles Dyson’s Plasmapool is continuing to grab our attention with its high quality dancefloor-focused electro grooves.
