Get the free Movement 2010 Festival App for iPhone
20 May, 2010 | 2.51AMNo pun intended, but there’s movement on the horizon in Detroit.
Paxahau has just released the Official 2010 Movement Festival App for the iPhone, a great way to enhance your festival experience. And it’s free!
Navigate the festival lineup by day, stage, or artist, and create your own customized schedule to make sure that you don’t miss any crucial sets. Read artist biographies and click through to their web pages. You can even listen to Paxahau radio while you browse.
With the Friend Finder feature, you can show your friends exactly where you are in the crowd, whether it’s back at the bar or smack dab in front of the bass bins. (Your friends don’t need to have an app or even an iPhone for the feature to work—just send a picture text or an email to anyone with a photo/email compatible phone.)
There’s even an afterparty section with party listings, lineups, maps, and directions, ensuring that you don’t miss any of the off-site action. Watch the instructional video above (or click through to it here), and go here to download the free app.
Don’t forget to visit the Beatport Stage, where the likes of Ricardo Villalobos, Radio Slave, the Martinez Brothers, dOP, Chris Liebeing, Cassy, and Claude VonStroke are all playing. Click through to see the full lineup after the jump.
