After huge success with recent tracks ‘Speed Up’ and ‘3 Minutes To Explain’ Dutch artist Funkerman is back – and ‘Remember’ could well be the biggest release of his career to date.

With all the hallmarks of a killer hit, Remember harnesses the vocals of singer I-Fan and unleashes them into a spectacularly grooving fiesta of rhythm, bass and instrumentals, guaranteed to have dance floors jumping.

Remixes come from Bates 45, Hardwell and Rene Amesz. All three strip the original track down to its bare bones before coming up with something entirely different. Bates 45 delivers a popping electronic take that’s perfect for peak time on the dance floor; Rene Amesz goes all out with an extreme minimal masterpiece; while Hardwell dishes up a delicious ‘dark but soft’ remix that will have DJs salivating upon hearing.

Supporting the track is one of the most innovative, fresh and memorable videos in a long time. No semi-naked women grinding around in baby oil looking like they’ve raided a hardware store. We won’t reveal too much, suffice to say that birds of a different nature star in this video, created by acclaimed artists Rutger Termohlen, Michiel Sturm, Sander Brouwer and Collin van der Sluijs.

Could this be the first major dance track of 2009? We think so…
