16 July, 2007 | 8.43AMSportclub is one of those faintly obscure German labels that has yet to put a foot wrong, with each release combining well-structured minimal techno beats with unpretentious, club-driven flair.
This sampler continues the ascent, with Shama (pictured) & Bartsch delivering a rumbling, Reese-like anthem.
Towie tweaks some clever rhythms over nicely arranged melodies, and Mario Aureo & Daniel Solar throw down an ominous, rolling crowd-pleaser.
Very cool indeed.
