Having wowed us last year with ‘I Try’, François DuBois follows up ‘Blood’, his previous ‘Urbantorque’ release, with the sublime ‘La Balance’ featuring Master H.
The combination underscores why the two are amongst the hottest new breed of electronica producers on this majestic release.
An enveloping driving number with touches of Detroit’s past, this is a simply amazing soundclash that pits Funk D’Void’s uncanny doppelganger,François DuBois with his Gallic counterpart Master H.
The Dirt Crew offers a stripped-to-the-bone, no pretense remix that whilst sparse, is equally high in value.
