The sixth single in Fort Knox Five‘s RADIO FREE DC Remixed series start things off with fellow D.C. brethren, Thomas Blondet aka TOM B of Rhythm & Culture Records. He tranforms “Sao Funky” featuring Javier Miranda, into a monsterfied latin lounge jam. Heavy bassline and big percussion will put this tune into many a dj box or serato crate.

Next up, long time friends and super up & comers FUZZBOX step up on “Papa Was Stoned.” With a rumbling floor filler beat under a bombastic horn section, this rework builds on the originals Blaxploitation vibes.This mix will solidify the FUZZBOX name with crafting phat and phunky beats!!

We have long been admirers of STEREOTYP’S massive bass style!! We could not think of a better person to take on “The Wonder Strikes Again” featuring Sleepy Wonder. He turned in two sketches. They were so dope, that we asked for both. Version 1 is dark glitched out electro dub workout. Version 2 revisits the song with a smoother minimal take. Both mixes are sure to get the dancehall bubbling.
