Chris Carrier’s [Paris, FR] original
Delves into “On My Knees” mix with a thick, pulsating kick underneath woven snaps and pops that intelligently surround the vocals of Mieka Du Franx, creating a deep, hypnotic amative original. Carrier’s use of a multitude of filters assist in the delicate twirling back-up vocal fx that whirls around the deluxe front vocal. The smooth production, enticed with chord stabs, glides for a rather mysterious vibe. Carrier’s ability to simplify his production style elegantly, his mix presents class and hot shiny wax for pure dance floor-glazing pleasure.
Carrier’s dub is graced with a gorgoues backround melody that keeps the vox at a distant, echoed bay-perfect treatment with a slightly nu angle from its original mix.

Felinephone-sex [NYC] Original
These catz spliffed with the dirty dogs and shoveled a pound for this sifty, gritty, huffing dirt. Overtime on the stop, drop, and roll over booty call, they dug deep for the b-line and twerked long hours on the high-res frequencies to deliver a bumpin rub-down for a luscious bass bin experience. The inside-out shoulder roller on dis joint does not mess around. Mz Phonix delivers the full vox exclusively on this mix.

Pete Moss [Philadelphia, US] bumps his remix to his signature east coast style coming straight on the pony express. The reverbed, breathing chord drops take atmospheric precedence inside a smooth, crystal-clear house groove. While the rhythm keeps bouncing, Pete drops the vox sparsely with an echoed delight, moving the synth stabs along for more of a New York City bound house sound.

Jay Tripwire’s [Vancouver, CA | NYC] signature sound vibes on an old school mix that dubs the chords for a polished deep house feel, keeping the bass line funky and the vocals formulated in a new light by using “inside my mind” as the main hook. Kicking the mix up at the breakdown, Jay drops a hint of his masterful percussive lines for some more stomp. Definitely a must have for classic Jay Tripwire collectors.
Jay Tripwire’s morning mix is a linear fresh take on the original felinephonix mix.
This mix stays true to its title with light, fluttering, warm keys gracing the track throughout. Jay creates a tracky overall after, after hour’s sunshine house vibe.

88Bit [Cologne, Germany] takes “On My Knees” straight to the top with a peak-time driver. His techy, electric grooves, dips, pops, and zaps metallic frequencies. His development of harmonic dissonance in the rhythm resonates nicely with multiple-levels of sedulous melodies. High-lighted with brilliant layers of effects strung through bits of the vocal, Alex dishes out a punchy sure-shot kick that fastens the track for full controlled dance floor glory.

Tyrone Latrelle’s [Detroit, MI] acid lick delivers a nasty tech-house, tom-tom acid ripper with more smack than a whip on a horse’s arse. For players who plan on turning it out, Tyrone steps this mix up to the plate, keeping the acid tightly knit. The bubbler effect is fully sparked and the vox is nailed to the pulse of the thick beat for dance floor satisfaction straight to the core. Tyrone has no hesitation in rockin’ the Detroit dirty acid.

Du freaka [5bz NYC] takes it deep and minimal on her erosion mix. She uses crunchy, softly distorted elements for accents within the rhythm. Multiple airy sprays, flutters, and spongier effects move fluidly throughout the mix with a warped out vox to lead the way. For those who can appreciate the more abstract side of techno, this is a definite crafty after hours bender.
