A Buzzin Fly release featuring a Ewan Pearson remix, it’s a no brainer, right?

Pretty much so as the Mile Caro & Franck Garcia ‘Always You EP’ is as deep and chunky as it gets – there’s even some nice licks in the form of the bonus track, ‘Lost’.

But the real gem is Pearson’s mix of ‘Always You’.

Remember the first time you heard ‘French Kiss’ and were so totally and utterly drawn into the hypnotic rambling bass that regardless of how monotonous it was you knew you’d never tire of it?

Well this too has that same quality, and whilst I doubt it will repeat the aforementioned single’s success, the enveloping burbling groove works in the same way; grinding you down into total submission!

And whilst the vocal may be far from up - monotone, soulless and at times almost too dark for its own good – that’s what’s really clever.

You want to hate this for all those reasons, but you don’t, can’t and won’t.
