Dutch DJs to invade London
Dutch DJs to invade London
20 June, 2007 | 12.42AMYet more proof that the Dutch are taking over dance music: the country’s top DJs and producers are set to play in London every other month.
In what will be solely a Dutch techno and electro house spectacle, the likes of Joris Voorn
(pictured), Mason, Polder, Steve Rachmad and Bart Skils will all play at the special launch event at the Egg in Kings Cross on Friday 29th June.
The parties jointly hosted by ElectroNation and Satellite31 aim to highlight the best DJs and producers from The Netherlands.
On the back of his standout album ‘From A Deep Place’ (check it in the player below), Joris Voorn might be the biggest draw on the first night, although he will have to contend with Mason & The Maker, who will play their first ever live set in the UK.
Mason is currently one of the hottest producers in electronic music after releasing a string of high-profile electro house smashes.
Dutch minimal duo Polder
will also be performing live on 29th June.
