Dubfire championing ‘Philharmonique’ from Chris Barratt
14 April, 2008 | 3.39PM- Section: Music News
Having already pricked the ears of many a headliner DJ during 2007 and early 2008 with remixes released through such prestigious labels such as Strictly Rhythm, Yoshitoshi & Rebirth, and featured on productions from artists such as Josh Wink, Cedric Gervais and Adam K & Soha along the way, Chris Barratt has continued to let his productions do the talking when it comes to winning over the heavy hitters as well as house music enthusiasts all over the world.
One such fan has emerged in the form of Ali Shirazinia or more commonly known as ‘Dubfire’ who, preceding the Miami WMC 08, said that Chris’ latest production was ‘“amazing" and it followed on the success of Teardrop, Merry Go Round and Red.
He also went on to say, “Chris has been one of my favourite up and coming producers of 2007 and it seems he’s on fire right now.”
‘Philharmonique’ has also already been heavily supported by the likes of Marco V, Dave Spoon, Eddie Halliwell, Adam K, EDX, Nick Warren, Solarstone and DJ DLG. Such a broad range of support highlights the many different elements that make up the 9 minute epic.
