Dub reggae god plays super-rare London gig this Sunday

London’s best venue, Fabric, has the lineup to end all lineups on Sunday 25th May.
Moving away from the tried and tested minimal techno, they are breaking boundaries with what’s being billed as “Dublime”, featuring a DJ with the world’s coolest sneakers…

With Lee “Scratch” Perry topping the bill, the 72-year-old, grammy award-winning reggae and dub artist (who has been highly influential in the development and acceptance of reggae and dub music in Jamaica and overseas) is planning to bring the house down this Bank Holiday weekend.
Just look at his trainers!
Without this guy, dance music – especially breaks and drum & bass – would sound totally different today.
And who better to slot next to Lee in Dublime’s DJ-packed line up than Dillinja, of Valve Recordings fame?

At one point having the loudest sound system in the world (and making music so disgustingly bassy it’s been known to make people run to toilet) Dillinja’s appearance on the Dublime roster is enough to get dance music freaks salivating.
If you’re tired of the same old songs, and you live in London, you’d better make Dublime your first choice this Sunday.
