Almost 4 years after the first ‘Colorseries’ record went out in January 2004, Donnacha Costello has finally compiled his favourites for release on CD and as download.

Donnacha Costello’s Colorseries was a series of ten records released in rapid succession in 2004, and has been previously only available on vinyl.

The series has attained classic status in the few short years since its release and selections have been licensed by Josh Wink, Loco Dice, James Zabiela, Martin Landsky, Thomas Schumaker and many others for projects ranging from mix CDs to computer games.

Having let enough time pass to give him some distance, Donnacha has returned to select his favourites from the series and also some previously unreleased cuts which give the listener an insight into what else was going on during the Colorseries recording sessions.

All tracks have now been remastered and sound vastly superior to the original vinyl.

The CD is available through Kompakt, while downloads are currently exclusive to Beatport.

The remaining tracks in the series will be made available for download in early 2008.
