‘Do You Speak Sapuri?’ is my personal, enhanced podcast.

I like to put together sets that draw on all the audio I have at home- be they digital audio recordings on the street, movie sound clips, politicans’ speeches or just a great house groove.

In this episode, I’ve paid tribute to the excitement of crowds; the set starts with a candid voice recording of my friend breaking into French hip beats, and ends with the cheers of a crowd at Barack Obama’s acceptance speech as the Democratic nominee, laid over the compressed kicks and synths of Eric Prydz’ ‘F12’.

Make no mistake; this podcast is not about politics- it’s about sharing the ideas that throb within my mind, set to an amazing aural canvas bearing many colors in the form of multiple genres- hip hop, house, chillout...anything that I could grab hold of that night.

There’s also a remix of BT’s ‘Force of Gravity’ I did two weeks I first laid my hands on Ableton Live 2.1 Christened as ‘Krishna’ because that’s the name of the printing house I was getting posters made in downtown SF.
