San Francisco’s DJ Garth
returns to a turntable near you soon with some choice re-edits and remixes of classic Nu Groove Records for release on Ben Cook’s new Tu-Rong imprint.
A full length DJ album mixed from his own collection of cuts from one of the defining house labels of the first half of the ‘90s is also well underway.
Meanwhile Garth’s Grayhound
label has recently broken its release hiatus with remixes of Michoacan’s ‘2 Bullets’ by DJ Harvey and The Glimmers, and the label has scheduled a remake of Strafe’s cult electro offering ‘Set It Off’ by Garth & Mustafa.
