After the success of his ‘Ambition EP’ with Laidback Luke on Canada’s Eyezcream label, DJ DLG strikes back on his Huge imprint with a brace of French electro-styled stompers that echo of Daft Punk with their simplistic production and Gallic charm.
After the success of his ‘Ambition EP’ with Laidback Luke on Canada’s Eyezcream label, DJ DLG strikes back on his Huge imprint with a brace of French electro-styled stompers that echo of Daft Punk with their simplistic production and Gallic charm.
‘Paramount’ is a monstrous-sounding house track built around a burbling sub-bass and thunderous kick aimed at peak time sets.
The equally chunky ‘Here to Rock’ fuses DFA-esque punk-funk beats and a deep electro bassline.
